Refund policy

We want you to love your Rocketpong piece. Because every item is printed on demand just for you, our return policy works a little differently than a typical store.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us at hello@rocketpong.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to ship anything back.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll ship the correct one at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, we're unable to cancel. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@rocketpong.com.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 30 days and we'll help resolve the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, except for personalized or custom-made items, which are exempt under EU consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@rocketpong.com.
