Shipping policy

Every Rocketpong item is printed on demand just for you. Here's what to expect between placing your order and opening the box.

Processing time

Because each item is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand to other countries in the future.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our production facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple items

If your order contains several items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Contact us at jxjholding@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to correct an address — we can usually help if production hasn't started.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons such as the winter holidays can extend transit times. We're not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands, but we'll always help you track it down.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at jxjholding@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
